Dynamic Curriculum. Modules are rooted in the realities of teaching English in Japan. They cover not just the core areas such as lesson planning,  classroom management, materials development, technology integration, and team teaching. Participants also engage with contemporary approaches like CLIL, TBL, PBL, insights from positive psychology, and more.  Each module has been carefully designed to ensure an effective blend of established theory and practical application.

Practicum Experience. Participants practice real teaching, both online and in-person, with real learners and with guided feedback from experienced mentors.

Flexible Learning. Sessions are online combined with live workshops, that perfectly fits around work and personal commitments. Learners get to pursue professional growth while balancing work, family, and other commitments.
